Complex treatment prices
Prices for complex treatments – especially in the fields of Oncology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Neurology – depend a great deal on the medical condition of the patient and the treatment plan suggested by their physician. Therefore, giving a price for the treatment before seeing the patient’s medical records is not useful.
The best way to receive a quote for your desired complex treatment is to submit an inquiry attaching all relevant medical history. A physician at the hospital where you inquire will then review your case and offer a treatment plan and a price estimate. This process may take some time and be somewhat complicated, so we work hard to provide you as many treatment prices as possible.
Where the exact pricing information is not available for a certain treatment, we calculate a price range and compare it to your home country.
Hospital commercial strategy
Some larger hospitals choose not to disclose their treatment prices as part of their commercial strategy. We respect their choice, but we advocate transparency. We strongly encourage hospitals to reconsider these strategies in order to make healthcare more transparent for patients.
